The new artserve.org web site has access controlled areas that are only available to persons with a valid ArtServe membership or by staff members.


Members must login with a username and password to gain access to members only areas.  For this new web site, we have provided each member with a unique password which you must recover in order to login.

Please note that your profile is not visible to other members nor to visitors to the web site.  Your profile contains  membership information such as email address, username, address and phone number.  Please keep your membership information current - you can update your profile online after you login.  If you try to view another members profile, you will be returned to your profile.  To gain Internet exposure of you and your art, please login and submit your infomation to the Members Showcase.

You must first recover your password and use it to login.  Please follow the steps below to recover your password.   Please note the two little icons to the right of the title of this article.  The icon farthest to the right will allow you to email this article and the adjacent icon will allow you to print this article.

Part A

1. Retrieve Username which we initially have established for you
2. Go to artserve.org
3. Click on "Member Login" (drop down menu of "login/logout")
4. Click "Forgot login?"
5. Check box "Lost Username"
6. Enter email address you used for your ArtServe membership and click on "Send Username"
7. [Your Username is emailed immediately]

Part B

1. Repeat Steps 2 & 3 in Part A
2. Click "Forgot login?"
3. Check box "Lost Password"
4. Enter username and email address and click on "Send Password"
5. [Your new password is emailed immediately]

Part C

1. Login using your password and either your email address or username.

Part D - Optional (to change password, address and other profile information)

Go to  left side of the Home page and you will see your name in a box of the members currently online.

1. Click your name
2. Edit your profile with current information  - here you can change your password, username and email address and even  review and change your membership information.
