- Nominations may be submitted by arts organizations, businesses or individuals in the community
- Nominations may be made in any or all of the categories
- Self nominations will be accepted
- Nominations must demonstrate that the nominee has provided extraordinary support in a leadership role in
  the art and cultural arena. 

The Categories

Individual Leadership Award
This award recognizes a community leader who, by personal example and sustained generosity, has made a significant impact on the arts community and/or on a cultural organization.

Business Leadership Award
This award recognizes a business or corporation for its generous contribution and innovative support of the arts in our community. 

Government Leadership Award
This award recognizes a government entity exhibiting strong and sustained leadership in championing the cause of the arts and culture in our community.

Arts Collaboration Award (please limit the number of partners to 4 major partners)
This award recognizes outstanding, innovative and collaborative efforts that benefit the community throughstrategic partnerships promoting art and culture. 

Arts Administrator Award
This award recognizes an administrator of the arts who has developed and facilitated progressive art and cultural programming which has made a significant impact in the community. 

Artist of the Year from Community Impact Award
This award recognizes an artist who has devoted an exceptional amount of time and services to the community through leadership, volunteerism and/or community services. 

20/20 Artistic Visionary Award
A visionary is seen as a social innovator and change agent, seeing the big picture and thinking strategically on solving issues for the greater good.  

This award will be presented in celebration of ArtServe's 20th Year in the arts. The award is an exclusive opportunity to members of ArtServe, to give public recognition to an individual, business or foundation that has excelled in the art & culture arena.

Nomination packages are due no later than 5pm on Friday, February 27, 2009
Nominations submitted must contain 1 original and 5 copies of the entire package
Entries may not exceed 8 pages
